While both have certain healing properties, THC is the Natural compounds found in the cannabis plant, cannabidiol (CBD) andĬBD and THC have the same molecular structure and interact with your body’sĮndocannabinoid system, but with different effects. Starting with a brief vocabulary lesson, there are two Jane has a background in botany and is not an MD, but in her quest to help ease one’s suffering, she is a staunch supporter of spreading the word regarding the power of the cannabis plant. Jane Fix is the Director of Patient Services for Sol Flower’s two locations (the other being Tempe). Classes are currently on hold until 2021 for the safety of the patients. Next to the dispensary is the classroom where classes (Pre-COVID) were offered weekly with topics ranging from cannabis, to mindfulness training, to yoga. Below, in the sol flower cafe, a variety of non-medicated pastries, coffee, salads, soups and sandwiches are solD. Consultation rooms (ABOVE) are also a feature of the sol flower wellness center where you can meet with the director of patient services, jane fix. Floor-to-ceiling glass separates the dispensary from the rest of the facility, affording views from just about every vantage point and busting preconceptions about the somewhat seedy (pun intended) nature of dispensaries. Sol Flower Dispensary, Wellness Center, and Café is the first multidisciplinary type of complex in Arizona, where you can attend classes on cannabis and health (again, on hold until 2021), consult with the on-site Director of Patient Services, nosh on a Copperstate Cobb Salad, and visit a state-of-the-art cannabis dispensary. Sol flower wellness center contains a cafe, where you can see directly into the dispensary. This visit was followed by lunch at the adjacent Sol Flower Café and a tour of the facility.
